USCIS publishes the official list of approved Regional Centers at uscis.gov. The list shows which entities hold the USCIS license to pool EB-5 capital — but it doesn't rank projects, NCE Managers, or recent performance. Use the list as a baseline check, not a project rating.

Hundreds of Regional Centers hold USCIS licenses. The USCIS list confirms a Regional Center's legal status — but it's a starting point for project diligence, not the end of it. Two licenses on the same list can run very different-quality projects.

  • •Where to find it: USCIS Immigrant Investor Regional Centers page, updated regularly. Lists each RC's name, ID number, geographic coverage, and termination status.
  • •What the list confirms: the entity holds a current USCIS RC license. Active vs terminated status is visible.
  • •What the list does NOT tell you: project quality, NCE Manager track record, capital stack structure, I-526E or I-829 approval rates, recent litigation, current project I-956F status.
  • •Termination status: if a Regional Center has been terminated (USCIS revoked its license), check the date and reason. Terminated RCs sometimes resurface under new entity names — vet the operating team, not just the entity.
  • •Geographic coverage: RCs are licensed for specific geographies. A project must be within the RC's licensed area.
