We may also process your information when we believe it is necessary for our legitimate business interests, and those interests do not override your fundamental rights. Legitimate interests include operating and improving our website and services, responding to inquiries, delivering relevant communications about EB-5 investment programs, and ensuring the security of our platform.
We further process your information where needed to comply with our legal obligations, including requirements under immigration law, securities regulations, and other applicable statutes.

6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
Beyond International Group operates from the United States. If you are accessing our Services from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.

You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, or to respond to your requests.
In Short: We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or other mechanisms that communicate your choice not to be tracked online.
11. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.
