The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act created a narrow window of protection: petitions filed before September 30, 2026 are grandfathered under current law, even if the Regional Center program is not reauthorized. But meeting that deadline is only half the equation. A filing strategy built on the wrong source-of-funds documentation, a misunderstood rural designation, or an overlooked NCE manager can unravel months of preparation.
In this webinar, expert immigration attorneys from KLDP and the leadership team at Beyond International Group will walk through the filing strategy decisions that most investors miss — and show you what a well-structured approach actually looks like in practice.
Private strategy sessions to discuss your EB-5 filing timeline, source of funds planning, and project evaluation.
